Data protection

Privacy

This notice covers personal data processed through this website under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). It describes what the site does today: it carries one enquiry form.

Who is responsible

Sandro Bacic, Grafenaustrasse 11, 6300 Zug, Switzerland — concierge@chronometriesuisse.ch

What is collected

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, optionally a telephone number, what you are looking for, and your message. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is inferred.

Why

To answer you. That is the only purpose. Your data is not used for marketing, is not profiled, and is not sold or shared for advertising.

Where it goes

The form is delivered by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) and the site is hosted by Vercel (Vercel, Inc., USA). Both process data outside Switzerland; transfers rest on standard contractual clauses. Your enquiry then sits in the house’s email inbox like any other correspondence.

How long

An enquiry is kept while the conversation is live and for twelve months after it closes, then deleted. One that becomes a mandate stops being an enquiry: it is business correspondence, and Swiss commercial law requires that to be kept for ten years.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you were not asked.

Your rights

You may ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to concierge@chronometriesuisse.ch. You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
